I am flawed.
It's much better to be honest about it than avoid it. I'm not saying we celebrate our flaws, I'm not saying everyone has to know every secret dark place in you. But someone should, and certainly God should be invited into that place.
It's no use hiding it from Him, or trying to get clean before you go to him. That's like trying to get clean before you take a shower — He's the one who has the power, the means by which make everything right in you.
He is the surgeon that can cut you open with care.
And the nurse that can guide your healing process.
In short, you're flawed and God can handle it.
